We trace our beginnings to the early 1990’s. Khalif Motors was then established and recognized as a private limited liability incorporated in the Republic of Zambia on February 13th 1990 under the companies registrars act. We then started with two heavy duty mechanical horses where one was a FIAT and the other was a VOLVO N10 and manufacturing our own trailers. By Then these vehicles where very rare in the country. However Zambia mostly used trains for its bulk haulage across the country, which made Khalif Motors one its top five Transporters in Zambia after an expansion of Ten Fleets in 1999. The company fleet was one the strongest in Zambia whereby they would go off-road regularly when assigned. FRA (Food Reserve Agency) then nominated us as their priority transporter across Zambia.
